It has to do with the type of film he was using, dontcha knowww. But I cant help but wonder if the way the images are presented to you are different on the monitor you are using than mine? Some of the photographs are pretty vibrant. Huh.

I am by no means an art critic, and will openly admit to being relatively ignorant, given my proximity to you lovely mCadets, but is there a reason that the colors are so very very desaturated (please, Jesus, let that be the right word) in those images? I can only assume he took them that way on purpose, and I feel that some of the volitility and flavor of the place is lost in that. You may not know either, I just thought it was interesting.
