2 tbsp paprika
5 tsp kosher salt
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp cayenne
1 1/2 tsp white pepper
1 1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp dry thyme
1 tsp dry ginger
1 tsp ground cumin

This was pretty dang hot the first time I made it, so I cut down on the cayenne the second time.
