The nuke they did test was most likely a dud, given the obscenely low sesimic reports, and the utter lack of any radiation being detected! Plus, those missles they tested this summer were also duds!

Horray for awesome Chinese Missle Tech! (Not that I doubt the Chinese defense forces, things just don’t seem to be going so well for the North Koreans using it.)
