So I was thinking, “What makes websites pretty?” and I’ve decided.
It’s clip art.
Now, I know what some of you are thinking. “Clip art? Psssh.” Well you need to like, totally shut up, sit down, and then rebuckle the fuck up for the most extensively researched proposal since my last one (if you don’t recall it, the title was “Why drinking pee is ok, but still really, really gross”). Ok. So where were we? Right. Clip art.
Clip art, in it’s earliest conception gave corporate executives and lazy students something to spice up their trite and derrivitive powerpoint presentations. So that’s what we need. I mean if it’s good enough for america’s richest and america’s future, it’s good enough for us. Oh, and preferably microsoft word clipart. It’s the best.
Ok. That’s it. You might say that this was something of a short presentation. Oh well. I hope you heed my advice. Clipart. Lots of it. Infact, the most. I don’t want to be able to read anyone elses words. I just wanna see pictures of hands shaking and globes and airplanes. Awesome. Totally awesome.
I thought I would christen Shambot with it’s first post by Pattrok RumbleB. Okay first of all Sam’s 21st birthday was a night of bad decisions by most. I even remember us toasting to bad decisions. I stayed up to 3 or 4 then got up with a killer combo of hangover/sleep deprivation, but it was gone in like 2-3 hours and I got on with the rest of my day by taking a nap. Needless to say I really don’t feel the need to drink for awhile, but I am looking forward to my 21st. Also here’s the gameplan before I go to Japan. Hopefully make it up to see the MCADians on the 20th-23rd, then Go to hang out at grinnell the 27th-30th. Beyond that I don’t have any idea. Am I the only one who still wants to film petbusters? I gotta go to work now though.
To continue this theme of journeys, I am currently sitting in Lindsay’s parents living room at 6:55 am local pacific time. I’m going to try to go back to sleep fairly soon, as I feel like 12am is bedtime arround here, which I know for a fact is only for nerds. My journey here was rather unrmarkable, containing mostly me just sleeping in my airplane chair and being woken up from time to time to allow those sitting arround me a chance to use the lovely aeronautical rooms of resting. I suppose it wasn’t much help one way or the other that I was hungover for a great deal of my flights. I’ll write more later, at a more appropriate time to be waking up, oh say, I dunno, noon.
I haven’t been to Madison in a good and long time. Coincidently, I haven’t had a dentist appointment in a long time, too. So I’m going back to Madison for a dentist appointment (and to see my family).
The plan is, Ben and Bill come home from Iowa today, pick me up, and keep driving on to Madison. Ben has breifly been to Madison before, but Bill hasn’t. My main goal is to show him that Wisconsin isn’t really lame as I sometimes say it is. We’ve got food, water, water parks, malls, cows, cheese, a capital, sports, cows, and even some cool stores.
We’re going to hit Wisconsin Dells, and maybe even the science museum in Milwaukee! Hands on fun!
Well. It’s been a “bit” is kind of putting it lightly on the whole “legitimate post of sorts” thing. Some of us had been doing Xanga, others Blogspot, and yeah.
I’m excited to say the least.
I’m pooping my pants to say the most.

Shambot is up! I just installed and updated everything. The begining might be tough, but I’m trying to smooth out bumps as fast as I can.
By the way, if anyone has any layout opinions please send them my way (or post them) because I would very much like some input. Hopefully this new layout will promote dialogue.
