You need a program called CDisplay that will read them. CBR files are really just Rar files with the extension changed, so they can be opened with winrar (CBZ are zip files with name changed). Cdisplay is small and can be gotten here. http://www.geocities.com/davidayton/CDisplay

For a Mac? Try Jomic. You should be able to download it at macupdate.

Well, that’s an excellent question. If you have a PC, it’s terribly easy and I can tell you where to go.
If you’ve got a mac… um. Well, I have no idea. There are a few programs that’d work, if you wanna steal them. OOOOR, you could just emulate a PC and work it there, as it is SOOOO EASY on PC.
So what’s the dilly?

Evan, I use “ComicBookLover” which is very nice but unless you buy it they put a little watermark in the corner of the page. I haven’t bought it yet and it’s not really a big deal.
Another one is “Jomic” which is free. I haven’t used it much but it seems okay.
You can find both of these on MacUpdate.com and we can read comics together when I get back because I’ve been reading .cbr comics, too. Damn you, Tim!
