Best time
I went to art school for 3.5 years so that I wouldn’t have to sit in a cubicle all day and type things. And yet, I love aspects of having said job. For instance, evenings and weekends. I don’t have to do anything on evenings and weekends if I don’t wanna! OR I can do this:
Sit on the porch with my new cushions with some cheese and crackers and a nice summer beverage and read a book. That is the best.
And then when Alex got home, we built a grill! We got it at a garage sale new for 15 bucks! But it was hard. I think, I didn’t so much assemble as I did absent-mindedly hand Alex parts while I tried to keep my place in my book. Here is Alex:
Here is Alex halfway into assemblage:
All in all though, it was a good day. I think there needs to be more porch-sitting in the near future. What say you, Minneapolines, join me on the porch soon? Say yes.

Who cares if it was obvious?!?! Alex and I had fun too! I am thinking that we should make this like, an every-other week thing until the summer is over and it is too chill-some to have porch-time.
